When will my order ship? 

• Most orders can can take 2-7 business days after purchase as they are handmade with natural products

How can I track my order?

• Once your order ships you will receive the tracking number via email. We ship via USPS which can take up to 3-7 additional business days to receive.

Can I return my item if I decide I don't want it anymore?

• Due to safety regulations we can NOT accept any items back once they have been shipped.

Can I receive a refund for my order? 

• Orders not cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order ARE NOT eligible for refunds

The LED light in my teeth whitening kit does not turn on, what's wrong?

• There is a small plastic disk underneath the batteries to prevent the light from turning on during shipment. Remove this disk, replace the batteries + side up, and it will work. The clear plastic disk can easily be missed, so look closely under the batteries.

I received my Body Butter and it's melted, what should I do?

• During the hotter months the Body Butter may melt during transit. Just place the container in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes and it will solidify and be ready to use
